I am trying to colour in my picture with my tablet and the stupid foreground and background colour picker thing is just being stupid. I clicked red and pressed “ok” but it goes to a random colour like grey or white. Like WTF? I moved those arrows to the specific shade of red and it just won’t go to the colours I want. Please help me. I never used to do this before. They’re are 3 layers in the picture.

.Ive had this problem with Elements V4, V6 and V8. its just a glitch in the program. shut it down (saving your work) then reopen it, that should fix it but sometimes you may have to do a restart on the PC. ..
er..you are on the right layer aren’t you? if you have a different layer selected it could be choosing the colour from a blank bit of another layer?…
