If I open the Adobe PSE7 or GIMP, my cursor will only let me go about 3 inches down the screen. I have a Wacom Bamboo that I just bought today.
The Tablet and pen works normally in any other program except for DeviantArt’s online muro, so I’m guessing it has something to do with those sort of..programs.
It works normal on MS paint though.
Does anyone know what I should do? -.- I have a Toshiba laptop that’s only like 2 years old.
My Tablet/pen Is Acting Up?
