Surewest Dvr Says Boot?

My surewest DVR has said boot for about 3 days now. It started when it wasn’t displaying the TV programs, so i unplugged the power source and plugged it back in. It has been saying boot and when i turn on the tv it says defining digital at the top, and 4 blue circles at the bottom.
